Purani Dilli Ka Chilla (Moongdal)

Moong dal pancakes stuffed with spiced paneer, served with mint chutney.

  • Soak moong dal for 3–4 hours; grind to a smooth batter.
  • Prepare stuffing with crumbled paneer, onion, green chili, coriander, and spices.
  • Heat a pan, pour batter to form a pancake, and cook until one side is set.
  • Place paneer stuffing in center, fold chilla, and cook both sides until golden.
  • Serve hot with fresh mint chutney.
